Our ultimate directory of Windows PC executables.test_wpf.exe by Luminati Networks has been reported by Trend Micro as an unwanted program. Trend Micro writes that this "Potentially Unwanted Application arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites."
Wikipedia says that Luminati Networks was related to the Hola VPN service. Hola VPN is a free virtual private network service that provides users with access to websites by routing their internet traffic through peer-to-peer connections, offering anonymity and unblocking content.
TechRadar News reports that "When you use the service, for example, the policy says Hola might log your IP address, operating system, browser type, the web pages you visit, when you arrive, and how much time you spend on each one."

The signature on the executable should have been verified through a third party whose job it is to make sure the entity is who it says it is. Find an unsigned executable?
