What’s Detection (nqa).exe (System Requirements Lab Detection)? Is it safe or a virus?

Detection (nqa).exe by Husdawg, LLC with the app description "System Requirements Lab Detection" is a software that was difficult to find much information about.

I found on Github that someone wrote "Husdawg, LLC Systems Requirements Lab 3, as used by Instant Expert Analysis, allows remote attackers to force the download and execution of arbitrary programs via by specifiying a malicious website argument to the Init method in (1) a certain ActiveX control (sysreqlab2.cab, sysreqlab.dll, sysreqlabsli.dll, or sysreqlab2.dll) and (2) a certain Java applet in RLApplet.class in sysreqlab2.jar or sysreqlab.jar."

I also read that this was part of CVE-2008-4385 that was published in 2022.

A CVE, or Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures, is a publicly disclosed cybersecurity vulnerability identifier. It helps standardize the identification and tracking of security flaws in software and hardware, allowing organizations to share information and manage vulnerabilities more effectively.

I then found on the Microsoft forums that someone wrote "If you go to canyourunit.com, that is one of the files they install. It's an activeX file that scans your system to see if you meet the requirements to run the games you choose."

I found canyourunit.com is a website that still exists, however it has no https certificate so with a modern web browser you will receive a warning before using it. It was unclear if this file was related to that website.
