ASUS Armoury Crate is a software suite for managing and customizing ASUS products like gaming laptops, desktops, and peripherals. It offers system monitoring, RGB lighting control, profile management, driver and firmware updates, gaming enhancements, and peripheral customization, providing a unified interface for optimizing and personalizing ASUS hardware.
I researched and found that several Asus hardware users posted on Reddit about Dj.exe. The Reddit users wrote that they saw some custom alerts from Asus on their screen for things like a "Happy New Year" alert, and it seems this executable is related to those types of custom Asus desktop alerts.
Someone on Reddit then reported How to turn off Festive Effects: Open Armoury Crate > click hamburger icon > Aura Sync > Aura Effects.

The signature on the executable should have been verified through a third party whose job it is to make sure the entity is who it says it is. Find an unsigned executable? You should consider scanning any completely unsigned .exe on your PC.
